Leads 10 people
Lead cross-functional team - quality, uptime and rate capacity plans
Member of Purchasing Steering team
Provides quality, uptime and rate plan to CEO Leadership team
Leads quality, safety, environmental and health for company
Leads shipping operation
Tech Center engineering reports to this position

2. Educational requirements:
B. S. Mechanical Engineering (Big 12 or Big 10 schools a plus)
Helpful if individual spoke Mandarin and English
3. Key industry experience requirements:
20 years of experience (after graduation from college)
Person who has worked in a company with Integrated Supply Chain structure
Two of the four items are needed:
1.Person has served on a S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) team in a company with an Integrated Supply Chain function

2.Proven dynamic, senior, management leadership experience demonstrated by leading the transportation and or inventory management of a growing, profitable company or division of a large company in an integrated supply chain role

3.Proven experience and success at the senior management level, demonstrated by leading the negotiation and purchasing of mechanical components and systems in a purchasing role

4.Experience in China

4. Technical/functional requirements:
APICs certified and fundamental understanding to manage Integrated Supply Chain information
Proficient in use of Pre-Control quality process
Understand MRP or Kanban technology- Sales & Operations Planning team experience
Person with mechanical production and/or assembly process industry credibility
Fundamental understanding of advanced, efficient mechanical production and assembly process technology & systems
