Contracts Specialist - Commercial – Tulsa

Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision and in a team environment, conducts and documents moderate to complex financial analysis and commercial modeling. Researches, analyzes and documents financial and performance information relative to specific contracts. Reviews and comments on commercial terms and conditions and assists in drafting commercial agreements. This person will be a part of a support team with global responsibilities in the areas of preparing tender responses, contract management and related support, commercial pricing support, and business analysis and modeling. Some travel will be required. Assignments will be varied and typically completed as a team.

Skill Requirements:

Good analytical and interpersonal/team working skills. Fundamental knowledge of business and financial principles. Strong spreadsheet and data base analysis capabilities. A foreign language is desirable.
